This was a major interior and exterior renovation project in downtown Easthampton, MA converting a dated, multi- building hardware store into a modern wellness facility. This plan called for a complete site redesign and redevelopment to fit the specific needs of the facility, as well as integrity testing and demolition of certain unusable structures. AB spearheaded the design team through a complex site approval process and all permitting and regulatory approvals required on this multi-faceted project.
